Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the FoundByAI website or purchase any of our services. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. We're a New Zealand-based AI visibility and automation agency.

We offer a free AI visibility preview, a paid audit, Quick Fix packages, a Base Package, productised add-ons, and monthly retainers. The scope of each engagement is described on our website and confirmed with you before work begins.

• All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• One-off services are payable upfront. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorise the relevant charge.

Timelines shown on our website (for example, “delivered in 14 days”) are good-faith estimates. They depend on you providing the access and information we need. We'll always keep you updated if anything affects the schedule.

AI visibility, search rankings, traffic, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control — including how AI engines, search providers, and competitors behave. We apply proven methods and work hard on your behalf, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, level of visibility, traffic, or revenue outcome.

You agree to provide accurate information and the access we need (for example, to your website or business profiles) so we can deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

• The paid audit is generated and delivered automatically, so it is non-refundable once produced.
• For project work, if you cancel before we begin we'll refund any amount not yet allocated to work performed.
• Monthly retainers are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing date.

Once you have paid in full for a piece of work, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and tools, and may use anonymised learnings to improve our services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

We treat the information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your services, in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
